She is an exceptional nurse who consistently goes above and beyond to care for me during every visit. Over time, she has come to understand my needs and preferences and makes every effort to accommodate them.

For example, she has arranged my appointments around the availability of a specific interpreter whom I feel comfortable with. On one occasion, she even rearranged and delayed an appointment and worked hard to organize my schedule so I could see this particular interpreter. She understands how difficult it is for me to secure an appointment and genuinely tries to help me attend whenever a canceled appointment becomes available.

Every time I come to the clinic, she takes time to ask how I am doing and how my son is doing. Her kindness and compassion are also evident in how she treats other patients. Her level of care, attention, and personal commitment truly stands out.

She is exceptionally kind, caring, and compassionate, and her warmth is evident in everything she does. On one occasion, I brought her a box of sweets from my country as a small gift to thank her for everything she had done for me. However, she insisted on sharing the sweets with her colleagues rather than keeping them for herself. That small gesture showed me just how humble and thoughtful she is.

I sincerely hope that she receives the recognition she truly deserves. Her dedication, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile have made a meaningful difference to me, and I am extremely grateful for all the care and effort she has given me.
