We experienced an extremely terrifying emergency. When we arrived at the ER, we were concerned for our teenage son and ourselves due to his mental health issues. Barbie immediately ensured our safety and handled our son's issues in a way we have never experienced before. We were in awe of her skills and knowledge of how she responded to our son. It is something we cannot put in to words, but her impact will forever touch our hearts.
When a family has a child with mental health issues, it is a rarity for people (even medical providers) to truly "get it" and understand, but Barbie did. The treatment and care she provided us was exemplary. You have a true treasure in Barbie. Please cherish her as much as we do. Her skills and compassion are priceless!
