My child needed to be seen in the ER for a laceration under his chin. Barb was very good at trying to keep him calm. She knew the cartoons that would interest him and was singing the theme songs to him as the doctor did his work. Barb was also good at explaining things to us in a way that we could understand. She did all of this with a smile on her face. Barb is an exceptional nurse and I'm so happy that she was there.
