When he was discharged I asked him about this stay and he replied that Bailey was the best, she made sure he was as comfortable as he could be.
My husband was diagnosed with liver issues and I became his caregiver. When he was admitted, I was informed due to COVID I would not be able to visit him; this broke my heart and since he is not as coherent as he used to be, I was concerned.
This is where Bailey comes in. When Bailey contacted me with an update, I was so overwhelmed with concern, but she was so helpful and supportive. She listened to my concerns, took them to heart, and understood where I was coming from.
My husband has a number of quirky things he does and when Bailey called me, I could tell she picked up on them and let me know what they were and both of us had a few laughs. Bailey made me feel so much better and I know she was there for my husband. She let me know I could call her as often as I liked for an update. Whenever we spoke, she was just so upbeat and could tell me everything that was happening to my husband. I could tell Bailey was just as concerned as I was about his health and the care he was receiving.
When he was discharged I asked him about this stay and he replied that Bailey was the best, she made sure he was as comfortable as he could be. My husband was only in the hospital 24 hours, but it felt like forever. I am so happy Bailey was part of this experience because she made my husband and myself feel better and we know he received the best care possible.
