Immediately upon my brother's arrival at KP Richmond ICU, Ayleen began to demonstrate her professional knowledge and ability by relaying information, asking questions, and clarifying things for my brother and us as family, even though he was non-responsive. Ayleen is such a credit to Kaiser Permanente Richmond because she is compassionate and professional. Our family felt that we were well educated and up to date on everything happening in our brother's care. We are so thankful to her for her care.
