Our child has special needs and nurse Aviv Gappi has the patience and disposition to deal with our child. He did not complain when called to the room to fix the IV, he helped the clinical assistants with their jobs and is great with kids with special needs. He made tasks fun for our child. He would sing and take the time to do pretend play by doing magic. Not only did that make the nurse's and clinical assistant's jobs easier, but it made our child at ease. Our child does not cooperate most of the time and is very wary of strangers, but she smiles and laughs with nurse Aviv. This is also a big milestone for us because she shared a few laughs with a temporary caregiver.
