My sister, B, was inpatient at St Joesph Hospital. I am B's sister and was visiting from Wisconsin to help B navigate her health issues. Avery took time to listen to me and responded and acted with the utmost professionalism and compassion I have ever witnessed in my 40 years working in the healthcare industry. She used the workstation outside B's door to keep a watchful eye on B at all times and responded quickly each time we needed help. I can't say enough how kind she was to me and took the time to answer all my questions and LISTEN to our concerns. She is an amazing RN, and I do hope she is recognized for her efforts. She was simply amazing. Thank you Avery. I so wish you could have been with us for the end. She made my sister's hospital stay as comfortable as possible and helped guide our family through the process of my sister's end time.
