I'm nominating Ava because she recognized another staff member and a patient in distress in a car while on her break. The patient was without a pulse and Ava did not hesitate to leap into action. She assisted with compressions and started the chain of survival flawlessly. I am recognizing her for her innate sense of selfless actions.
