I can’t say enough about how great Autumn was! She really listened to us and was very caring and passionate about her role. When we mentioned our son’s neck brace seemed a little off, she offered info on a different style that might be a better option and more comfortable. When she overheard us talking about needing laundry facilities because we had to leave our hotel due to a price increase, she told us about RMHC. She sent a referral for us, and after six days of paying for hotels, we, being out of state, were accepted and able to stay at the Ronald McDonald House for the rest of our time. We can’t thank her enough! Also, her personality is fantastic, and she was knowledgeable and communicative. She was also very attentive to our son’s needs and paid attention to every detail. We really like her as a person, and she is definitely in the right profession!
