Austin goes way above and beyond! He was amazing during our ED visit with our son. Our son is a patient of St. Jude and became extremely sick while in the ED at Mercy Paducah. Austin made sure he stayed at bedside with us during the scary and unknown moments and made sure our transfer to St. Jude went as smoothly as possible. I could not thank him enough for his compassion and skills during this time. He went out of his way, and his quick-thinking skills and professionalism are top-notch. He is there for the patient and family members. He is a gem to the Paducah Mercy ED team!
