Audrey showed a lot of human care and attention to the patient, who is my mother, in addition to her professional duties, even after finishing her shift. She came to see and check my mother before leaving because my mother was in a nearly non-conscious state. Her patience and smile were evident during the 10-hour stay in the Emergency section. I came to ask Dr. T the next day for some information, and Audrey saw me and asked how my mother is doing today. I have been in many hospitals with my mother and father, and she stands out to me as one of the best nurses I have come across, with complete attributes professionally and humanely. The qualities mentioned definitely helped us as the family members to feel comfortable and assured about the care she’s receiving in the Emergency Department and in the hospital in general. We could see her health improving over time.
