She is one of the hardest-working and most dedicated nurses I have had the opportunity to work with, and I have had the privilege of her caring for me personally.
Aubrie Hibbert is an exceptional nurse and knows how to care for her patients. She goes above and beyond what is required of a registered nurse. She anticipates her patients' needs, and they know she genuinely cares for them. I have had the opportunity to work with her on Labor & Delivery, and she has cared for me as a patient.
When Aubrie cares for my patients, I know that they are in the best care. There has to be trust between a provider and a nurse, and I never had to worry when Aubrie cared for my patients. I always knew that she would call me if she was worried about my patients. She would always go the extra mile with my patients. She is amazing at providing Labor support and always explains things in a way that makes patients feel they are in good hands. If there were ever an emergency, and she were caring for my patients, she would know what to do and how to be a team player.
Aubrie is teachable and has a love for learning and improving her nursing skills. Listening is another skill she has, which helps her connect with her patients and others. I recently had surgery and had the opportunity to have Aubrie as my nurse. She came and saw me before my surgery and took care of me in PACU. She also came to see me when I was on the Medical-Surgical floor to make sure I was doing well. It is the little things that really matter when you have surgery. Aubrie changed my gown for me, filled my water, kept my ice pack fresh, and made sure I was not in pain. This may not seem like a big deal, but when you are the patient, every act of kindness matters. A nurse of Aubrie‘s caliber is not something that is taught in school; it is a gift that elite nurses possess. Her compassion, support, caring, dedication, and expertise in nursing have made a difference in my life, and she’s touched the lives of other patients that she has cared for as a registered nurse.
