Ashwaq has been working in OPD Clinics for 1 year and 4 months. She is a very professional, dedicated, and extraordinary nurse. Even though she’s new in the department, she ensures that her patients are satisfied and well taken care of. There’s one scenario where it’s almost her lunch break after a heavy clinic in dressing, and one physician asked her for help for a fainted patient in the waiting area, without a doubt, she helped them until the patient got better. She wasn’t able to take her break, and she went directly to her assigned clinic in the afternoon. We didn’t hear her complain; she just continued her clinic, and she even helped in the preparation room. She’s flexible in whatever area she will be assigned. Her knowledge and diligence at work make her an exceptional nurse, even though she’s a newbie.
