When my baby girl was admitted into the NICU at SRH, Ashley Strange was always there to support my family on the most difficult days. She helped me push through breastfeeding and encouraged me that “Fed is Best.” She loved my child with all their heart. She would automatically pipe up at the sound of Ashley’s voice. When the doctor told me that my child had Hydrocephalus, I cried my eyes out. Ashley sat right next to me and said she would be fine. She’s a fighter like her Mama. She updated me daily through text and face-to-face. She also helped me remain somewhat stable during the many rapids that were called in the NICU due to my seizures. She loves each and every one of those babies they come into contact with. She also loves her job, and SRH NICU is so blessed to have them.
