This is Ashley's first Nurse Manager position, and she is doing an amazing job. I am so grateful to have her as our manager. Her dedication, leadership, and willingness to support the team do not go unnoticed.

She comes in early to check the L&D staff, and she also works late shifts once a week to be with us. In February, NICU was in need of staff, and she volunteered to be on night shift to be the third or even fourth nurse because of how sick our babies were while maintaining her presence as the leader of the division.

She is a hands-on leader, always ready to help, and believes in innovation. I truly appreciate all that she does and look forward to seeing her continue to grow and succeed in this role. She deserves to be recognized as a DAISY Nurse Leader.
