My legs had been hurting really badly, so I needed to make an appointment to see what was wrong. When we got to the hospital, we met Ashley. She was very polite, sweet, and relatable. She checked on us just the right amount and made sure we were happy and comfortable.

I have a neuromuscular disorder that will affect me for my life. I have intense and stressful appointments every 6 months. Ashley started the appointment very warm and welcoming, introducing herself. She was kind and considerate. She used humor to make me comfortable and at ease. She continuously checked in on us and offered snacks, and overall made the appointment much less stressful.
