I had the privilege of having Ashley as my nurse on three separate night shifts. I first met Ashley during a scary incident that brought several RNs and doctors into the room. I was feeling pretty upset and frightened. Ashley went out of her way to comfort me while performing assessments and ensuring my safety. Over the years, I have met many competent nurses who were good at keeping me safe, but it is much less common to find one who also has a warm, empathetic heart and a passion for helping others. Ashley possesses both of these qualities and has an empathetic nature that makes her patients feel valued.

During another frightening episode, Ashley stayed by my side, closely monitoring my condition, communicating with doctors, and reassuring me that they were taking all necessary steps to keep me safe. I couldn't have chosen a better nurse to be with me that night. She is excellent at keeping me calm and distracted. Life can often feel depressing and lonely, but no matter how my day is going, Ashley provides the best care with her diligence and intelligence, along with the emotional support that I believe is just as crucial as physical care. I truly think the nurses on H80 are a special group, and I am grateful to have been placed on this floor. Thank you for your amazing care, Ashley!
