Ashley Bramble, RN

The care Ashley provided changed one of the hardest experiences of my life. When I arrived, I had suffered a catastrophic crush injury to my foot, and the surgeon told me amputation was very likely. From day one, Ashley went above and beyond to care for me. Her compassion made a world of difference. She always took time to answer my questions or concerns with patience and clarity. She stayed on top of my pain management and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. She had a proactive approach to keep my pain under control and allowed me to rest and heal physically and emotionally.

Her personality is very warm and outgoing, which lifted my spirits every day. This helped me keep a positive attitude. Her words were very encouraging and genuine and helped me prepare for my amputation. Her kindness and treating me with dignity made me feel human and not just a patient. Ashley goes above and beyond, exemplifying the spirit of the DAISY award. Her compassion and dedication made a difference in my life.
