Arsan went above and beyond in caring for my father during his hospital stay. From the beginning, he showed extraordinary compassion, dedication, and attention to detail. When my father needed equipment that was not available on the unit, Arsan went out of his way to find the appropriate supplies, ensuring his comfort and independence, even when others felt it was unnecessary.

Every time he entered the room, my father's face would light up, a reflection of the genuine connection and trust he had built. He remained exceptionally attentive, carefully monitoring my father's condition, managing his pain, and treating him with dignity and respect. Arsan was truly the highlight of my father's hospital stay. The compassion, advocacy, and dedication he showed made a lasting impact on our family, and we are deeply grateful for the outstanding care he provided.
