When you are in Intensive Care, the best medicine is to be surrounded by happiness. Armen just beams with good nature and friendliness. When I was in the cardiac ICU, Armen and I frequently spoke to each other, and he would make me feel happy. 

Armen was our outstanding RN during our loved one's 4-day stay on life support in the ICU. Armen's calm and gentle approach brought much-needed reassurance to our family during this difficult time.  

Armen's ability to provide a clear explanation of his status and the changes being made to his care helped us understand the situation without feeling overwhelmed. His honesty and clarity were deeply appreciated. He gave us genuine support and kindness.
