Armash Barouni
As long as I've known Armash Barouni, she's always been extremely patient-oriented and wants to do everything she can for them! In the little time I've known Armash, I can tell she has a genuine love for helping take care of patients at their lowest.
Armash is the most loved CNA on her unit, and patients know they're in good hands! She is constantly a reminder of why we chose to be nurses, and I aspire to be as hard-working and dedicated as she is for all my patients as well! I fully believe Armash is beyond qualified and deserving of this award; she's always the person who will be up till 3 am with you, practicing skills, and helping you learn topics you're struggling with. She does this out of love and kindness, as she wants us all to succeed! There is so much I can say about Armash, but the bottom line is that she's the most compassionate and caring person I've ever met!
