Ariel Kanhai, RN
Nurse Ariel is incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. Throughout my stay, she made me feel like I was her only patient because of the attention and care she gave me. Her empathy was evident in every interaction, and she consistently focused on ensuring my comfort and managing my pain.
Ariel also assisted with my discharge and went above and beyond to address a concern I had. I explained that I needed a bedside commode after discharge because I had undergone a similar procedure about ten days earlier and experienced extreme urinary urgency, often barely making it to the restroom. Although my insurance would provide one, it would not arrive for seven days, which was simply too late.
About 30 minutes later, Ariel returned to my room with a bedside commode. She even took the time to adjust it to the proper height for me. In that moment, I was overwhelmed with gratitude and nearly cried.
