This nurse, named Apsara, was a confident nurse with a smile on her face all the time as she always came in whenever we called. She was never irritated; she was ready to help in every possible way without being impatient by too many requests from us; whenever I asked anything, she would quickly say yes and do it; she interacted very well. She checked on my son frequently. She did her job very well.
