We came to the hospital for a procedure and stayed for five days. I had great care, but I was readmitted one day after discharge. April took extraordinary care of me!!! April was kind and compassionate and showed she cared about me while I was in her care. She came the minute we rang the bell; she checked in on us consistently throughout her shift. She was gentle and understanding of all my different complications. I am hard of hearing, and she ensured that I understood and heard everything being said to me. I highly recommend April for the DAISY Award; she is an exceptional RN and person.
