I would like to recognize April for the excellent care she provided me throughout the night after my surgery. I have experienced particular difficulties in the past with postoperative pain management. April was aware of this issue, had considered it, and had a plan ready before I asked. She carefully explained and discussed my medication regimen with me, ensuring I had the opportunity to ask any questions. Needless to say, I remained comfortable during my entire stay. April is meticulous and was always careful to ensure that everything I needed occurred on time. She is also an intelligent and effective communicator and clearly understands the patients' perspectives. April's particular professionalism and dedication made me feel heard, understood, secure, and like I mattered.
