Annette put our hearts at ease with the passing of our mother. She was very good at walking my dad through the process. She would listen to the stories my dad would tell about her. She bonded with them. She stayed with our family to the end, even though her shift change was over. She was a blessing in helping my dad process the end of her life. We appreciate all her kind feelings.

Annette is one of those truly amazing people who genuinely care for every person she encounters. She goes the extra mile to make sure each person in her care feels safe and cared for. On numerous occasions, her patients have told me about how she made them feel heard, how she truly listened to them, and how she went the extra mile to make sure that person really felt taken care of. She has a great rapport with her coworkers, the physical therapists, and the physicians. They respect her and know she has the best interests of all the patients at heart. When she sees a need, she does not wait to be asked to help. She jumps right in and takes care of the problem. In all my years of nursing, I have rarely seen a more compassionate individual than Annette!
