Anne is a courageous, brave, confident, compassionate nurse and a team player who, on many occasions, stepped up when our Techs and patients needed support.

Recently she fearlessly assisted in de-escalating a verbally abusive patient, who threatened to physically hurt a technologist. She expertly spoke to the patient with compassion, using a firm tone and words the patient understood. We were amazed by her swift intervention and how the situation calmed down almost immediately after Anne got involved.

By the way, she came on her own, without being asked, which was such an act someone with the heart to help would do. We want to recognize her commitment to keeping those around her safe and putting patients and team members first. Such an act of kindness will not be forgotten.
