I want to commend her for both her expert clinical knowledge and her outstanding management as a team leader. She is so thorough, kind, competent, and a true example of leadership.

Despite the busy working environment and sometimes challenging clinical situations, she is able to support staff in exactly the way they need and encourage them to develop into their best self. I think it is important to recognise the good work and strong leadership that is integral to our teams!
