Every time I have Anna as my nurse, she knows just when it's ready for my pain and nausea meds. It comes before I have to push my button. This also applies to my IV bags; she comes in and changes to a new bag before the monitor goes off. She makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She makes me feel like a family member, not just a patient. She is the best!
