Ann was nominated by a patient in the Medical Unit. The patient was admitted for more than 3 weeks, modeling competent, patient guided focus and care. Ann was consistent in providing empathy, caring, positive, professional attitude, making a special connection with the family. The patient wrote this, "Thank you Ann for all your good advice. You really helped me get stronger. You always told me what to do and what not to do. I liked that you always listened and would do whatever to help me."
