I would like to recognize Ms. Anjitha for the extraordinary care, compassion, and dedication she showed while caring for my baby, who is on a critical cardiac condition.

Our baby was admitted with a complex congenital heart condition. As parents, we were overwhelmed with fear, uncertainty, and countless questions. From the very first day, she became our source of strength and hope. She demonstrated exceptional clinical skill while caring for our baby. Her knowledge of cardiac care was evident, and we felt reassured knowing our baby was in such capable hands.

What truly set her apart was her compassion. She took time to explain every procedure, every monitor, and every change in our baby's condition in a way we could understand. She never rushed us, no matter how busy the unit was. She listened patiently to our fears and answered even our smallest questions with kindness and respect.

During difficult days when alarms sounded and anxiety ran high, she remained calm and reassuring. She spoke to our baby gently, treated them with dignity, and cared for them as if they were her own child. She is not only a nurse. We saw a good mother in her. She also supported us emotionally, encouraging us, comforting us, and reminding us that we were not alone in this journey.

She empowered us as parents and helped us build trust during one of the most challenging times of our lives. We will never forget the compassion, professionalism, and heartfelt dedication she showed to our baby and to us. She is the true embodiment of what it means to be a DAISY Nurse and deserves recognition for the extraordinary difference she makes every day.
