First of all, the nursing staff I was involved with during my procedure was amazing. It was difficult for me to select only one of many. But APRN, CNP Angie L. Paschke provided me with more information, clarity, emotional support and honest conversation about the procedure. During the consultation period, Angie’s knowledge of the Watchman was obvious. Her communication skills to describe the Watchman procedure were impressive and very comprehensive. It was apparent that she wanted to support my wife and me in making the right decision based on the information presented to us. We were very comfortable and satisfied that, if I were a candidate for the Watchman, we would both agree to go forward with it. On the day of the procedure, Angie was there during prep and again explained the risks and benefits, making absolutely sure that my wife and I fully understood everything. Then again, after the procedure, Angie was there to cover all the details of recovery. Thank you, Angie Paschke, for the comfort you gave us by listening to our concerns and guiding us every step of the way. It was awesome to experience such professionalism.
