I would like to nominate Angela for the DAISY Award because of the exceptional care and compassion she showed me. Even at the very end of her day, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She kindly found a way to fit me in at the last minute and never once made me feel like an inconvenience. Instead, she was warm, outgoing, and truly dedicated to helping me. She took the time to listen to my concerns, helped me get the refills I needed , and ensured that every one of my needs was met before I left. Her professionalism stood out in every interaction. She balanced efficiency with genuine empathy, creating an experience that made me feel supported and respected. Her kindness, understanding , and commitment to outstanding patient care made a stressful situation so much easier. I am deeply grateful for her compassion and the extraordinary effort she put in on my behalf. She is truly deserving of this recognition.
