Angela made our visit so much easier, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion she showed our family.
Angela was so kind and sweet to my daughter and our family. We were very nervous about our daughter’s dental surgery, and she took extra special care of us. Thank you for your kindness!

I told her I had hearing issues, and she always faced me and spoke slowly and clearly and made sure I understood. She listened to my jokes. She was really sweet and patient with me and appeared to enjoy her work.

Angela did a wonderful job today. When I arrived, she had laid out toys & stickers for my autistic 3-year-old, who is getting dental work done. After surgery, she helped me clean him up and pack my stuff. Also, an apple juice for the ride home. We had such a good experience that I had to make a note of it. I appreciate you, Angela, for everything.

Angela was my admitting nurse. She was very attentive, caring, kind, knowledgeable, and more. She is great at inserting the IV needle. She got it the 1st time. This alone gets her 10 stars. Thank you, Angela.

I would like to sincerely thank Angela for being such a wonderful nurse during my son’s dental restoration surgery. My son is six years old, and from the moment Angela brought us back, she made him feel comfortable and safe. She had toys and stickers laid out on the bed, which immediately put him at ease.

When it came time to explain that he needed to wear a gown and a Depends, Angela spoke to him in such thoughtful and reassuring terms. She acknowledged that he is a big boy and explained that this was simply to help during surgery while he was asleep, so he wouldn’t feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Because of her kind words, he did not feel ashamed or upset about wearing something he initially thought was a diaper.

Angela was just as wonderful to me and my daughter, who was with us that day. She made sure we all had what we needed and took the time to ensure we felt supported. After the surgery, she carefully explained everything to us, using language that my son’s father—who is not familiar with medical terminology—could easily understand.

Going into a procedure that can be scary for both a child and a parent, having a nurse who is so kind, thoughtful, and mindful of her words made all the difference. I truly don’t think we could have asked for a better nurse. Angela made our visit so much easier, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion she showed our family.
