Angel has been an outstanding nurse, knowledgeable, patient, and consistently communicating with us. He has shown genuine care and professionalism in every interaction. My mother often says that God sends her angels, and in this case, it's beautifully fitting that his name is Angel.

I am writing to recognize Angel. He is a nurse whose extraordinary care made a profound difference during a difficult time for our family. From the moment Angel walked into our family members room, we felt a shift in the atmosphere. Hospitals can be overwhelming places, full of unfamiliar terms, rushed schedules, and anxious waiting. Angel changed that. He introduced himself warmly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and immediately put us all at ease. What struck us the most was his bilingual fluency. Being able to communicate in both English and Spanish meant that nothing was lost in translation; no medical detail, no concern, no comfort was left unattended. He didn't just translate words; he translated care itself, making sure our family fully understood every step of the treatment plan and felt heard in our own language. Angel went far beyond his basic duties. When our family member needed something addressed by the doctor, he didn't wait or brush it aside; he acted immediately, relayed our concerns to the physician, and followed up until we had answers. That kind of responsiveness gave us a sense of security that is hard to put into words. We never once felt like just another room number on his rounds. Throughout our stay, Angel checked in with genuine warmth, not just to complete tasks, but to make sure our family member was comfortable, informed, and treated with dignity. He anticipated our family member's needs before we even had to ask, and his calm, attentive presence brought comfort to our entire family during a stressful time. Nurses like Angel are the heartbeat of a hospital. His bilingual skills, medical attentiveness, and genuine compassion did more than provide care. They restored our peace of mind. We hope this recognition reflects even a fraction of the gratitude we feel, and that Angel receives acknowledgment he truly deserves.

Thank you, Angel, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
