Andrew was caring, gentle, and a great nurse to my dad for the two and a half days that he was in the hospital. Andrew told us to ask any questions that we had, and he had no problem answering any that we thought of. He was extremely patient with us despite having to repeat himself many times. He was very happy to give us the time and space when we needed it and was very mindful of our emotions. He was welcoming to our loved ones and visitors. He frequently offered us drinks and snacks.

Even down to dad's final moments, when I asked Andrew how much time we had with him, and he said not long. I thanked him for being honest with me. Andrew would tell dad, even though he was sedated with a breathing tube, helping him get the air that he needed, what he was going to do, like brush his teeth or roll him more on his side. Andrew is a genuine caring soul, and we are so thankful for him being there, taking care of Dad. We are all extremely thankful for Andrew and what he did for Dad and us.
