My dad passed the day after my husband was admitted to the ICU, I was a mess!! Andi and her co-worker were on duty that day and the compassion they both showed for the entire situation was very comforting. Andi stayed on the couch in the room with me, held my hand, hugged me, and had the words to help calm me down. When I went to my mom’s (in Brownwood) she assured me my husband would be taken care of while I was gone. When I returned several hours later, my husband had indeed been checked on often and kept comfortable. I cannot express how much I (we) truly appreciate her. I am going to miss Andi’s hugs.
