I am a female retired RN. I have had a lot of admissions in the last few years, with a lot of serious admissions and major surgeries. When Andrea comes into your room, she always brings joy and makes you feel special automatically.

I have chronic pain and have always been judged for being on pain meds, and the nurses always lollygag around bringing them. But this nurse was right on top of it. Her skills and knowledge of her profession were always there, ever educated on everything. She always went above and beyond her call of duty.

I think if there were an able nurse and such, along with bringing you juices, etc., and holding you to the bathroom, managing the facility, and being recognized, it would be Andrea. She is an exceptional nurse. She made me feel secure, she made me feel like I matter. A lot of nurses nowadays do not make you feel that way. Andrea does.
