From day one, Andrea welcomed the student, modeled compassionate care, and demonstrated how to balance challenging assignments while always keeping patients and their families at the center of everything she did. Her nominator also praised Andrea's teamwork, noting that she never hesitated to step in and help colleagues with whatever was needed to ensure the best possible patient experience.
