Andi Zelalem, RN, BSN

I was in a lot of pain after surgery and Andi was very sympathetic and non-judgmental or pushy. She asked what I preferred for meds. She kept up a chat about my grandchildren and her kids. We giggled. She was very busy and accurate when typing my info and chatting with me! She was patient with my silly stories about growing up in Minnesota! When I forgot to call her before I ate she was very forgiving and sweet and we giggled. Andi is part of the reason I feel GREAT today after feeling so much pain yesterday! Sometimes people just “shrug” but Andi listens and encourages! “Is there anything else I can do for you…anything I can bring for you?”  Andi is just a special kind of nurse! Thank you and God Bless!
