You truly made a painful, isolating experience a little more bearable, and I will never forget that. Especially being that I was alone because my brother had to care for my ill mother at home. The professionalism and compassion that you demonstrated were remarkable and gave me a sense of being cared for in a way I could never have imagined in such a difficult moment.
