Mrs. Amy was with my wife's family as she watched her grandmother pass away. She worked so hard day in and day out that we were fortunate to have her on two consecutive days. She came every chance she got to do her checks and move mema, and all the duties she needed to perform, and never missed a beat when we had a million questions. She addressed every worry and concern with compassion, and we are all deeply grateful. She will never know the impact she had on everybody in this room in this difficult time. She cried as if she had known us forever, even though she had only known us for a couple of hours. She did everything in her power to ensure Mema was comfortable throughout her entire journey. She also took care of everybody in the room, from putting warm blankets on sleeping visitors to holding their hands with compassion. She has a heart with three times the love it should be able to hold. She is the best example of any nurse I have ever seen in my entire life. She did all this for just our family, and still the same, I am sure, for every single patient she has every shift she works. Mrs. Amy is exactly where she needs to be, and she makes a huge difference in this world, and she deserves the very best!
