She is always going above and beyond for every patient.
I’ve been coming to the Infusion Center for two years now. Amy not only has treated me, but every patient I’ve seen her interact with, it is like they’re one of her close friends or family members. She is always going above and beyond for every patient.
I’ve seen her coach a lot of newer nurses through training and getting them acclimated. Her enthusiasm and personality make coming in to get my treatments a lot more bearable. Every time I see her, she always has a smile on her face and is joking around to make all of our hard situations a lot easier.
In June, I found out I was pregnant. Amy was one of the people I told, even though it was extremely early. My pregnancy ended in a miscarriage, and at my next infusion, it was apparent I was not doing well. Amy sat with me while I cried and gave me a lot of comfort and words of wisdom and reassured me that a lot of the women there with us right now had also gone through the same thing, and that I wasn’t alone.
Her compassion really helped me get through a very difficult time. I’m thankful that I get to see her and be treated by her!
