I was admitted to the Burn Unit with unbearable pain, and during this very difficult time, the nurse provided exceptional care and support. She was always kind, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. Whenever I called for assistance, she responded quickly and was always ready to help.

She continuously reassured me and helped me cope with the pain, making me feel safe and cared for. What touched me most was the way she treated me, not just as a patient, but as if I were her own mother. Her kindness, empathy, and dedication made a tremendous difference in my experience.

I am deeply grateful for her outstanding care and support, and I always keep her in my prayers for the compassion and comfort she showed me during one of the most challenging times of my life.
