I found myself in the ER, and America was assigned as my nurse. She took phenomenal care of me. That being said, my daughter was also seen in the ED on April 18th, and America was her nurse. My daughter had to be flown and admitted to Norton's, and it was the scariest situation I've ever experienced.

America was every single thing a mother could dream of. She was top-notch that day for my daughter from the minute we walked into the building until the moment she was put in the helicopter. Even more, last night during my ED visit, she showed just how much her career choice sits in her heart. She remembered my daughter from April 18th. All the intimate details of that day, down to the room she was in. It is no mistake that this is the career she and God chose for her; she has the heart and true care for it. She left a note on my discharge paper regarding my daughter, and it made me cry! She goes above and beyond, and I know in my bones she will go so far in her career.

Thank you, America, for my care and, more importantly, my daughter's. You're an absolute gem and may God bless you abundantly!
