Amber Repoyo, ADN, RN,
I would like to recognize Amber for her outstanding support, kindness, and dedication. When I was floated to her unit, I was nervous about working in an unfamiliar environment. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported.
She had everything prepared and organized so I could start my shift smoothly, which immediately helped ease my anxiety. Throughout the shift, she was incredibly helpful, approachable, and patient.
Even after her shift was ending, she stayed late to assist me in completing some of my assigned tasks, demonstrating her commitment to teamwork and patient care. What impressed me even more was that the following morning she arrived early with the same positive attitude and willingness to help others.
Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to supporting her colleagues create a positive work environment and exemplify the qualities of an exceptional nurse. Working with her was a wonderful experience, and her encouragement helped turn what could have been a stressful situation into a positive one.
