I would like to recognize and sincerely thank Amber Owens, who cared for me during my hospital stay. From the moment she entered my room, she treated me with kindness, compassion, and genuine concern for my well-being.

Amber consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, cared for, and informed. During a very difficult and frightening time, she took the time to explain my condition, treatments, and care plan in a way that both I and my family could understand. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions helped ease our worries and brought us great comfort.

What truly set her apart was the compassion she showed every day. She never made me feel like just another patient. Instead, she treated me with dignity, respect, and warmth, making me feel valued and cared for. Her presence brought reassurance during some of my most challenging moments.

Nurses like her make an extraordinary difference in the lives of their patients and families. She was more than a nurse to me; she felt like family. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care she provided and believe she is truly deserving of this recognition.
