Amber cared for me for three days during my stay, and I truly cannot say enough about the compassion and dedication she showed. From the very beginning, she made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for.

Amber is incredibly personable — she took the time to sit with me, listen to my concerns, and explain everything in a way that eased my anxiety. She never made me feel rushed and always treated me with dignity and respect. Her kindness and warmth made a difficult time much more manageable.

What stood out most was how attentive she was. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. It was clear that nursing is not just a job for her — it is truly her calling.

Amber’s compassion, professionalism, and heartfelt care made a lasting impact on me. I am so grateful she was my nurse, and I wholeheartedly believe she exemplifies what the DAISY Award stands for.
