Over the last few years, there have been many complex patients on Medical 5 who require a lot of work for their discharge planning. If there is someone with a long length of stay, I always hope Amanda is assigned to that patient because I know she will get the job done and discharge the patient with the best possible plan.

We recently had a patient with a length of stay greater than 70 days. It was a team effort, but I truly believe Amanda was the driving factor to get this patient discharged to rehab without being readmitted. Once she was assigned to this patient's care team, she worked diligently to come up with the best possible plan for discharge.

I know Amanda goes above and beyond like this for all of her patients. We are all so grateful for her hard work and lucky to work alongside her.
