From the very beginning, she demonstrated exceptional kindness, compassion, and understanding in caring for my mother. She was consistently attentive and brought a sense of familiarity and comfort during what were often difficult moments for our family. She went above and beyond by making every effort to speak Spanish and by bringing joy and laughter to my mother, which meant more than words can express. She was one of the many great nurses who cared for my mom during a long hospital stay. Most of the nurses were kind, patient, and caring.
